How soon can we start?In order to accommodate and properly place trained personnel we recommend a lead time between 2-3 weeks. Should you require expedited services (or more immediate services), please contact FPG management.

What happens if an FPG employee calls out of work?In the event that an FPG employee calls out or doesn't show up to work, the client has nothing to worry about. An FPG supervisor will assign one of our fully trained floaters to cover the post. In addition, a supervisor will report on site to ensure that all tasks are fulfilled adequately.

What happens if I need additional personnel for coverage?FPG offers supplemental cleaners. They are available with proper notice to fill in for deep cleanings, call-outs, event coverage, etc...
